About the event

Honor the seeds you've planted and make space for what's to come.

This time of year reminds me to start making space in my spiritual container for what's coming ahead. As the season changes, unconsciously, my mind, body and spirit prepare for stillness and waits for the creative juices to activate. In my experiences when we sit in stillness, we open ourselves up to creativity and so much more. This women’s gathering, we will focus on the power of silence and communication. Why silence and communication? Because sometimes we lack the time and determination to sit in stillness that allows us the space to nurture our beings. Secondly, we struggle expressing our internal experiences, emotions and thought process. Having a little nudge or guidance can teach us to listen attentively to our desires and how it feels to effectively communicate our needs.

With keeping the fall theme in mind, Amilie will guide you in experiences that will allow you to connect, share and explore. All important components to learn about ourselves and others. We will begin by taking a moment to acknowledge and celebrate the steps we took to get here today and to recognize the growth of our seeds planted earlier this year. Afterwards, we will dive into practice and start visualising, in silence, what’s coming ahead.

Amilie strives to create a safe and warm environment for women to gather and express their higher self. As Amilie dives deep in a specialise psychology bachelor’s degree she has had several revelations to what she feels has been the missing link. Amilie is confident that you will leave this experience feeling connected and supported.
